dc.description | This data set contains two folders.
'Clyde Biosciences' contains raw data acquired on the Clyde Biosciences imaging system and and analysis of that data.
'Multiscope' contains raw data acquired on the Multiscope imaging system and and analysis of that data.
The Clyde Biosciences folder contains nine folders. Each foldername corresponds to the well number from which the image data was acquired. Each subdfolder contains (1) frames (2) MM and (3) PV folders. 'Frames' contain the raw captured data. 'MM' contains the analysis by MuscleMotion software and 'PV' contains the analysis by the new Pixel Velocity algorithm. The MuscleMotion analysis contain 'contraction' and 'speed of contraction' data as both .jpg files and text files. The same is true of the Pixel Velocity analysis.
The Multiscope folder contains two parent folders:
'Nine well detection 4Hz': this contains a folder structure that mirrors that of the above Clyde Biosciences folder with one folder for each well, containing raw data, MM and PV analysis. This folder also contains one additional .AVI file showing a visualisation of the PV-processed data (composed of all nine wells) before the pixel summation step.
'Single well detection 50Hz': this folder contains a final set of raw data, MM and PV analysis folders for data acquired from a single well position (well #42) at sampling rate of 50Hz. The PV subfolder also contains one additional .AVI file showing a visualisation of the PV-processed data before the pixel summation step. | en_GB |
