This dataset is the cleaned Reddit data that were collated using Google BigQuery as well as the cleaned data from the Silk Road (made publicly available by Branwen et al., 2015). Data have been anonymised for ethical reasons and all posts not used in the analysis have been omitted (more detail about this process found in the Methods section of the article).
