All files are in tab delimited text format.

The column headings are fairly straightforwards  P_init and P_fin are the initial and final proportion of resistant mutants in each independent repeat.   V  is the measure of relative fitness used in the main MS. Rfmut is the ratio of Malthusian parameters (mutmalth – the mutant and wtmalth- the wildtype).

For the productivity data log10cfu are colonies per micro litre.  Here the pair column gives a unique id for data garnered from the same repeat to enable paired measures of reproductive rate.
