This folder contains underlying data for the manuscript "Design and fabrication of plasmonic cavities for magneto-optical sensing" This includes the COMSOL modelling files, raw spectra data, raw MOKE data, and the processed data from the above. The folder "SEM_FIB" contains SEM images from various days spent with the samples. "151001..." Shows topdown images of cross arrays presented in Figure 10 of the manuscript. "160407..." Post float images of a film labelled E, this is where images for Figure 13 of the manuscript can be found. Sub folder figure 13 contains just those images found in figure 13. "180214..." SEM images of large apertures shown in supplementary material figure 6. The Folder "Modelling" contains COMSOL .mph files for all models from which data has been derived in the manuscripts. The subfolder "Circular apertures" contains modelling pertaining to the circular aperture models for comparison to cross models. The folder "Raw MOKE Data" contains the data collected from Kerr magnetometry presented in the manuscript. "Apertures on 300nm thick Au Post float..." Data related to Figure 12. of manuscript and 7. of supplementary.
