The Pluck Library, which began in 1894 as Stories of Pluck, was one of several boy's story weeklies originated by Alfred Harmsworth, publisher of Boy's Realm. This edition, no. 565 of the newly titled series, includes 'Charlie in the Park'; the first in a series of Charlie Chaplin features based on his films to appear in the weekly mag. The adapted text was written by Sidney Drew with illustrations by Philip Swinnerton.
