dc.description | A print depicting a village peepshow. The showman has a peepshow box set up outside and is holding a drum. Children and parents are gathered around the box and peering inside. Item is most likely one of Robert and Abraham LeBlond's prints - they were famous engravers and printers working in London until 1863 when Robert died. The brothers were followers of George Baxter and became Baxter's chief rivals in the 1850s. | en_GB |
