dc.description.abstractWe present the genomes of two isolated bacteriophages infecting Pelagibacter ubique HTCC1062. Pelagibacter phage Mosig EXVC030M (Myoviridae) and Pelagibacter phage Lederberg EXVC029P (Podoviridae) were isolated by dilution-to-extinction culturing from the oxygen minimum zone at Devil's Hole (Harrington Sound, Bermuda).en_GB
