This dataset includes data for the diary measure and behavioural outcomes for the audiovisual emotion recognition tasks used in the publication, "Multisensory Processing of Emotional Cues Predicts Intrusive Memories after Virtual Reality Trauma". In this study the authors investigated perception of happy, angry and sad emotions within unimodal (audio- and visual-only), congruent and incongruent audiovisual face and voice displays and examined the extent to which this was associated with the occurrence of intrusive memories after exposure to a virtual reality trauma simulation, measured using seven-day diary measure. The data is organised to facilitate replication of the stepwise regression analyses carried out in the aforementioned study. Further Information about the dataset has been provided in the README sheet in the Excel spreadsheet file.en_GB
