dc.description.abstractThe overall aim of this thesis was to determine what meaning people living with dementia are perceived to have experienced through occupation and activities to create a conceptual understanding of the different purposes that have been gained through occupation. As part of this, a secondary aim was to use this conceptual understanding to inform the development of a practice resource that could support understanding of the meaning people living with dementia gain through occupation. The primary research methods used were Meta-ethnography and Q methodology.en_GB
