dc.description.abstract | Atomically thin transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC) are a class of materials with chemical structure MX2 composed of one atom from a transition metal (M) and two atoms (X) of the chalcogen group (group VI of periodic table) that have seen intense study in recent years due to the relevant optical properties.
