This handbook brings together the key challenges which emerged from this project, in conversation with partners; with opportunities for making use of theories and concepts from the social sciences to aid educators working at a time of ecological and climate emergency. A set of ‘spotlights on practice’ aimed at showcasing how environmental education organizations are applying these ideas in their work are included. In the final section of the handbook we bring together some of these findings and ideas, present a set of additional resources and further reading, and share our thoughts for the next steps. Together, these have been combined into an activity for practitioners, with an accompanying deck of Concept Cards to facilitate the process of assessment of our main challenges and encourage deeper thinking about the most effective approaches to change.en_GB
