dc.description4 folders are included: COMSOL Models, Experimental Data, Figures and Matlab Analysis. The COMSOL models folder contains the models used to generate the simulation data. These models describe a batch sweep and will generate a new file for each data point. Each model is named after the figure which it relates to in the paper. "Figure 2" shows the basic model, "Figure 4" shows the inclusion of imperfect binding between particle and wall, and "Figure 5" shows the simulations which aim to accomodate for the limited field of view experienced in the experiments. The Experimental Data folder contains a spreadsheet quantifying experimental observations. Each section is titled in the format "gamma_repeat", i.e. "5_2" refers to a device with gamma = 0.5, and is device number 2. A total of 7 devices were fabricated, although not all of them were fabricated successfully, leading to missing points. Data is arrayed in 3 columns. The first column is the frame number of the camera recording (at 10 frames per second). The second column is the number of stationary beads observed for that frame. The third column is the number of beads observed in frame but which are moving, and so not captured. This third column is not considered in the data shown in the paper. The Figures folder contains copies of the figures used in the paper, and their .fig counterparts which can be opened within matlab. The Matlab Analysis folder contains the matlab files used to analyse the simulations and experiments. "SimulationAnalysis" is used for the simulations, although since it is hard coded, small modifications need to be performed depending on which models are being tested. These modifications involve enabling or disabling lines of code as specified in the comments. This folder also contains a csv file titled "OREData": a cut-down version of the spreadsheet shown in the Experimental Data folder used in "Figure5Experiment"en_GB
