This repository contains the dataset from the calculations discussed in the associated paper (Loren-Aguilar & Bate, 2015b), accepted for publication in MNRAS. It includes data files and smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) dump files and scripts for generating all of the figures that appear in the paper, except Figure 4a for which the dataset has already been published (https://ore.exeter.ac.uk/repository/handle/10871/18340). The data and gnuplot scripts for generating Figures 1-3 are contained LB2015b_Figures1_3.zip. The datafiles and SPLASH scripts (see below) for generating Fig 4b are contained in LB2015b_Images.zip. The full output of the SPH calculation depicted in Figure 4b is contained in the remaining files. One of the initial input files and the ASCII output files are contained in the file LB2015.zip. The SPH dump files for the calculation begin at DSK0002 (which also contains the initial conditions) and then are numbered sequentially (files LB2015b_0002_0049.zip to LB2015b_1450_1462.zip). The SPH dump files are Fortran binary files, written in big endian format and generated by the sphNG code. They can be read, visualised, and manipulated using the free, publicly available SPLASH visualisation code (which reads sphNG dump files), written by Daniel Price, that can be downloaded from: http://users.monash.edu.au/~dprice/splash/
