| dc.description.abstract | Cette réponse remet en cause les recommandations du Rapport Sarr-Savoy concernant la numérisation systématique et la mise à disposition en « libre accès », en ligne, de la totalité du patrimoine africain destiné à être restitué. Nous soulignons la complexité des problématiques liées aux droits de la propriété intellectuelle et aux politiques de libre accès (« open access ») en matière de patrimoine, et nous recommandons au gouvernement français de consacrer davantage de ressources à l'étude et l'établissement de solutions de numérisation en partenariat avec les communautés africaines concernées. | en_GB |
